Samsung Aqua Pure Filter

The all new Samsung Aqua Pure Water Filter DA29 00003G replaces the older Samsung DA29 00003A and DA29 00003B refrigerator filters. The Samsung Aqua Pure Refrigerator filter is compatible with the Samsung refrigerators listed at the bottom of the page.

Samsung has replaced the DA2900003A and DA2900003B refrigerator filters with the Samsung Aqua Pure Water Filter DA2900003G. All of these filters are compatible Samsung DA29 water filters. If you have access to the older style filters, you may still use them with your Samsung refrigerator.

The Samsung Aqua Pure DA2900003G refrigerator water filter eliminates bad taste and odor as well as chlorine, dirt, rust, sediment, and foreign particles. It helps in reducing lime scale buildup while offering added protection for your ice maker. Samsung believes your ice cubs should not have any taste or odor.

This Samsung Aqua Pure DA2900003G refrigerator water filter meets NSF/ANSI standard 42 for the reduction of:

Installation Instructions

  1. The Samsung Aqua Pure water filter has no expiration date.
  2. Replace water filter every 6 months or when the filter change light comes on, whichever occurs first.
  3. To remove your old filter, turn the old filter a 1/4 turn counterclockwise and pull the filter straight down. This will automatically turn the water off.
  4. To install the new filter, do the opposite of removing the old filter. Push the new filter up into the refrigerator until the filter stops. Turn the new filter 1/4 turn clockwise to secure the filter. You are done installing your new filter.
  5. If your refrigerator has a filter change light, you can reset the filter change light by pressing and holding the ice type and child lock buttons together for 3 seconds. The change filter light should turn green. Your filter change light is now reset.
